I started my home buying journey with Karen in February of 2021 (closed escrow in April). The first thing you'll notice with her is that she is extremely knowledgable and experienced. If you're a first time home buyer like me, she'll walk you through the entire home buying process, set expectations, as well as caveats to watch out for.

In a seller's market a buyer is at a distinct disadvantage and you have to waive just about everything to be competitive in your offer. Karen was immensely helpful and effective in explaining what can be waived and reassuring me that there are "outs", even if something negative is found.

Overall, I give my full recommendation to Karen and whenever I buy another home (or sell my current one) in the future, she will 100% be my agent.
